using my voice

if someone is using your voice for a song that you did can one sue them?

Just about anyone can sue anyone; However, there may be some copyright claims. As this involves Federal Law, any suit would be in Federal Court (meaning more expensive, less attorney's who take on these kinds of matters, etc...) A lot depends on whether you signed any agreements related to the recording. You should immediately contact an attorney to discuss this matter further.
