Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm 16 with a baby and I want to move out because my parents are trying to take control of the babies life. They won't let the babies father see his baby so I want to move in with him. Can my parents take the baby from me if I left?

You are only 16 and must do what your parents tell you. The father could get custody because of their actions in not allowing him to visit with the child. Have them read Florida Statutes, Section 61.13(3)
