Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a 1 bedroom apartment that has a 2 occupancy rule and my son lives with his mother and I have him every 2 weeks for visitation. Today I got a call for my complex stating that my son violates my occupancy rule. Is this true

I would have to read your lease. Does your son stay for two weeks at a time? or just every two weeks comes for a weekend visit. - Again I would have to read your lease.

Maybe. Check your lease and the rules of your apartment. The law doesn't say whether staying the night every other weekend (or whatever your timeshare is) constitutes "occupancy," but it probably does.
