Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am behind 14000 or so on child support. State of florida filed contempt charges. I plan on not going to avoid jail then and there. If I make frequent payments starting now can motion be denied

contact the attorney that filed the charges - ask if you can make arrangements to make payments by stipulation thereby avoiding going to court for a hearing.

If I can be of assistance to you in this matter, please contact my office for an appointment.
