I have 4 children. I make $90,000 a yr + Bonus+car allowence, I pay all insurances, my wife makes $10,000 a year. How much or what % will I Pay in Child support if I divorce.

Child Support guidelines are established by the Florida Statutes. The amount is based upon of the combined net monthly income of both obligor and the obligee. Once that amount is determined the Florida Statutes has set up a schedule to determine the minimum need of child support. Based on the income amounts given I can estimate that you looking at about 30000 dollars a month. This amount is an estimate since you have not given any information about your bonus that you receive.
