Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I took my 3.5 old daughter to florida without telling her mother, due to a better living and work. We were never married nor have a court order for custory. Can I get in trouble for this? what should I do to get legal custory for her? by the way I'm the father.

You need to immediately file a Petition to Establish Paternity, Child Support, and Parental Responsibility. In your petition you will have to request primary time-sharing of your child.
