Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
About 5 days ago my child's mother went MIA her family keeps Lying to me about where she is I've called all the jails because that's normally where she is and they don't have her a week ago her phone got cut off and I've had no contact with her she won't return my calls or anything it is my weekend with my child and her grandma brought her to me. My question is should I take her back to her grandma who is picking her up today we do have a court visitation schedule but if she is not around or not in contact with me or anyone then I should have my child not her grandma.

Try to document your communications (texts, email, ect...). Demand to see mom. If mom continues to be MIA, pursue a modification of custody.
If you opt to proceed without the assistance of counsel, be aware that you will not be entitled to a do over if things go badly.
