Generally, when children become emancipated--which means, for child support purposes, they turn 18 or finish high school, whichever comes later--child support stops. But you are so far behind, you'll be paying for a long time. You may want to get a lawyer to help you get on a payment plan and have current payments reduced so that support doesn't continue to rack up so much.
