im 16 and im in fostercare with a baby.i was wondering if i ran away and get married if i will be out of fostercare and would they be able to do anything to me

You would still be under the foster parent's guardianship unless you are released by a judge. You should speak to a lawyer about this possibility. Motherhood and marriage don't release you from fostercare.
