Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I am 14 and i want out. I have never been happy with my life. I know where i can go, I have been offered a room in a friends house, jsut her and her mom. they have agreeded apon me descision of trying to leave. My parents dont treat me right. I know many teenager have rough lifes, but i just can't live on like this. It's getting to the point where i just don't want to exist.

You should contact a family law attorney or go see legal aid. If you are being abused, DCF can help. Just not being happy at home, though, is not likely to be sufficient reason to override parental authority.
Contact DCF. Explain your situation to them. Ask them to investigate. If your situation is the result of abuse, they will remove you from the home. Then you can ask your friend's mom to intervene and apply for guardainship/custody of you.
