Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

55K in back support

My Ex Husband owes me 55+K in back support. I have never received any money. Just found in my papers that if either party defaults on their obligations, then the other party must pay all attorney fee's. My case was in Florida, he resides in TN I now live in IL, where do I go to find an attorney?

Since no interested party is left in TN, you can bring it in IL. BUT, how are you going to get paid anyway, since he has not paid you for original 55K?
