Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am 17 and want to get married to my babys father. I don't live with my mother or depend on her in any way. But she has been getting child support for me and wont sign papers for me to get married. Only because she is getting money for me but she doesn't even use it on me, seeing as thoug I don't livewith her. Is there anything I can to?

You need to tell your father that you no longer live at home. The fact that you have moved out and have a child pretty much establishes emancipation. I take it you are not in school either?
