Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am 18 married with a two-year-old son. My husband, who is 9 years older then me, forced me to come to Florida with him while he goes to school. I have nothing that states my residency is in Florida, my ID and everything I have shows that I still reside in Pennsylvania. My husband has become increasingly abusive to both our son and myself. I have no family in Florida, only he does. I do have a friend in which I am staying with temporarily so we would be safe. I want to go home to my family in Pennsylvania with my child and file for divorce since I have no job and no money and in Pennsylvania I will have my family there to help me. What do I need to do so that I am within the law?

If you have not been here over six months to establish residency, then by all means return to PA to your family and file for divorce in that state. If you have been here over six months, then file for divorce in this state and file an emergency Order to Relocate to return to PA so that your family can help you.
