Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am currently 550 miles away from my daughter where she resides with the mother. Could my child support obligations be modified since I am now court ordered to come into town every other weekend to bond with my child?

You need to notify the Judge. It is unreasonable to require you to travel that distance weekly.
