Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Im 17, and my mom is an alcoholic. she is verbally abusive towards me, and a very selfish, jealous person who has put me inot some very horrifying situations. Is there anything that i could do, to get away, and out of her house? I have a family member that is more than willing to take me in, and she is finacially able to take care of me.

You can't leave and move in with a family member if a parent forbids it. You can, however, report the abuse to a teacher, counselor, SRO, DCF officer, or other person of authority.
