Her father who just started to spending more time with her, had took her from me two weeks ago, and refuses to return her knowing that he doesnt have to by law. There are no custody papers. i have been told to file papers at the court, which i did yesturday, but it can take months. I need and want my daughter back and i feel helpless. how could i file some sort of motion to get her back sooner.
