Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

There is a 11 month restraining order against my husband...we have a 2 year old together, and I'm the petitioner. My husband filed to have it dismissed (I agree with him) and the judge denied it. I filed a motion to have it dismissed so that we can both go to counseling together (what we both agreed on) to avoid a divorce. Does it break the restraining order if I go to his house or contact him, before the judge grants or dismisses my motion? We don't want to move out of state for 11 months to be able to try to work on our marriage.

If you contact him or go to his house, he would have no choice but to avoid you. He wouldn't be allowed to communicate with you. You have to wait for the judge to dismiss the injunction.
