Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am 8 months pregnant and my husband left me again. Can I legally go and have the baby is another state and live? Or is it considered kidnapping if the child is not born? We have no other children. I want to move from Florida to Oregon.

It's not kidnapping, but judges are split on whether you are allowed to move if a divorce gets filed. You'll have t speak with a local fmily lawyer to see if judges in your area interpret the statute in such a way that they believe that a child cannot be removed from the state even though a divorce hasn't been filed.
