Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

There were 4 of us on the mortgage of investment property (my husband and I were married at the time). We all disagreed on the start of a short sell. Ex husband is now going after the me because I stopped making payments first. Although short sell did happen months later and all quit making payments, ex is claiming he paid my part of the mortgage. I never requested for him to do so. Furthermore, I did ask the mortgage lender (countrywide) to release me (to no avail). Can a family court in Louisville be a part of this?

If there is a divorce ongoing, perhaps the issue can be decided there. If the divorce is already final. generally when on member of a partnership pays the required debts that are supposed to be paid by a partner, he has a claim for those.
