Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I had a 1 night stand with a man I met online last year. I gave birth to his baby last month. At the time of our encounter he lived across the country on the west coast and I am in Florida. I do not know where he is. He also lives 6 months out of the year in a foreign country because of relatives etc. I don't really know his name because he went by a nick name. Cell phone and email has been disconnected. I don't know any of his friends since it was a 1 night stand. I don't know his address or any other information on him.

I need a straight forward answer.

What are the odds of finding him and serving him?

How difficult is it going to be with my present finanical hardship?

How does a judge issue paternity order against a unknown person?

With the budgent cuts towards social services can I really depend on CSEA to locate him?

Any feed back and opinions will help me make a realistic decision if I should ever expect any child support from this man.

Thank you

Irene

Head to the welfare office and get your benefits for the child started - ie wick programs etc.
