Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am 17 I am going to be 18 Nov. 1 my boyfriend is just turned 28 on June 30th I am pregnant with his child and we live at my dads old house with my step sister and her boyfriend my step sister is trying to put my boyfriend in jail for child abuse because of our age gap. We live in coconut creek Florida is it true that he can get arrested for me being 17 even though I'm going to be 18 in 5 months and my parents gave us consent to live together?

This is truly not a good situation all around. Since your parents have agreed to you to live together then why have they not agreed for you to be married? Secondly, your parents would have to bring charges of statutory rape against the boyfriend. However, if your step sister continues with trying to have him arrested, the Department of Children and Family Services may become involved and may bring charges against him for the state.
