Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

1974 Parent's will

My mother was never notified of the reading of her father's will when he dies in 1974. Today, does she have the right to see and/or receive what her father wanted her to have? He had a total of 6 children, my mother and her brother with one marriage, and the 4 remaining children with his second marriage that was intact at the time of his death. My mother and her brother are both deceased, all 4 children from second marriage are living. Both wives are deceased.

Re: 1974 Parent's will

I can't imagine that any court would help someone who sat on her possible rights for 35 years and thinks she has some claims now (Btw wills are read in movies, and almost never in real life). To be safe (and since we don't know all the facts, she needs to check her options), she should call a lawyer in the state where the deceased lived, but I can't fathom any excuse she could give for waiting this long that would interest a court.
