what happens when 2 people get a divorce having a child together and the father is not on the birth cirtificate? Will the judge order a peternatey test if i(mother) dont want one?

If two people are married when the child is conceived, the husband is presumed to be the father. The birth certifictae is irrelevant. If either parent contests parentage, the judge will order both to have a paternity test.
