Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Being 16 and pregnant , I want to get emansipated so I can live with my boy friend . My father will not let me move out I know this, but if it is legal to I want too . I need to know if there is any way I can move in with my babys father so he can see the baby regularly .

You may move anywhere you like so long as your parents don't object. But pregancy does not emancipate you. To become emancipated, you must have your parents' written consent.
