Im 16 and pregnant, one of my legal guardians has threatned to kill me and my unborn baby. Is there anyway I can be emancipated and live with a friend?

Pregnancy and aggravated assault aren't grounds for emancipation. You need to call the police.
To be emancipated, you need to be mature, self-supported, living on your own, and have parental (or guardian) permission. The pregnancy alone detracts from your argument for emancipation, since it shows your lack of maturity.
