im 16 and pregnant can i get married?

ok heres the deal im 16 and 1 month pregant my boyfriend is a marine. he just got shipped out and comes back in 3 months. Can i get married with him without my parents consent. (we dont get along and rarely speak)

A judge may agree to issue a license to you if you have documentation from a doctor that you are pregnant or if both you and the father make a sworn statement that you are expecting. You can get married without your parents' permission but it is up to the judge. It is not a right.
