Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

1)my question:

if a judge starts making a ruling from the bench (jun 21st, 2010),...i havent received the final judgment yet.... how many days do i have to ask for a rehearing?

and from what date do i go by the day she signed the final judgment or from the trail day she made the ruling (jun 21st, 2010)? how many day sdo i have to put in for a rehearing before they close if off.

my ex's attorney is someone that i have known for 25 yrs. my ex- he knew this too. i have witnesses that will say it is a conflict of interest that his counsel represent him!!!!

I have already informed the FL bar but how do i inform the judge of this?

what do i file (the name of type of motion)????

and am i asking the lawyer to recuse herself?

or am I asking the judge to dismiss the attorney to this case?

YOu have 10 days to ask for the rehearing and then 30 days to prepare your pleading to do so. Just because your husband's attorney is a friend of yours does not necessarily create a conflict of interest.
