Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm 17, reside in FL. I can prove I can live on my own, I have a safe place to go, can I legally move out some say I'm counted as a adult some say I don't. I HATE home, it gives me anxiety bad memories, and I have NOTHING. Better yet to prove I'm better off on my own, people say I'm better attitude away from home, or even more respectable. Can I legally move out?

Go to County Legal Aid office, law library and review emancipation. You can emancipate yourself.
