Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I currently have 50/50 shared visitation of my pre-school age daughter with her father. I am engaged to a man in military service and I would like to know the likelihood of the courts granting me custody so my child and I can move to where my husband will be based.

Unfortunately, no one can answer that question as no one can predict what a judge might do. All I can tell you is that the judge will apply the "best interest of the child standard.". If it is more stable for the child and you are willing to provide a plan that will allow the biological father an ample amount of time with her, you may be successful.
