Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

can I take my 2 sons to Illinois without getting permission from their father? We are not married & he does not pay child support. Right now I live in Florida.

Unless there is an order in the court for visitation, not to mention he should be paying child support, then there is not reason that you can not go. However, if you two are living together and there is continuous contact with the children, you might want to consider getting an order to relocate from the court.
