Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I would like to get 50/50 time sharing, have anyone be able to pick my child up for me and modifiy me child support. I know there is a self help option, how do I get assistance with that or what will the whole procedure cost.

I suggest you hire an attorney - it is never a good idea to proceed pro se when children are involved. Remember there are no do overs if you make a mistake in court, you will just end up with whatever the Judge deems. If I can be of assistance, please contact my office for an appointment.
