Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am 17 and I have a 2 ur old son and I live with my parents, I turn 18 in November, i do not feel safe here, my parents take my child off without my permission, have drugs in the house and it's very dirty. I have friends of age with there own children that can take care of him for me, how can I sign legal custody of him to them, and possibly get emancipated myself?

You should consult with a lawyer asap. You can't just sign order custody to other people.
