Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am 16 will be 17 may 5th and have a daughter who is 8 months old. I want to marry my boyfriend which is 21 but not the father of my baby and my parents will not give me consent to do so. how van we go about this? would he have to get me pregnant or could we get married even though he is not the father of my baby?

Even though you are pregnant, Florida law does not allow you to get married without your parents' permission.
