if a 16 year old has a baby and moves out because her mom outs her out because they have problems can the mom keep the baby away from her daughter if she doesnt have any legal rights to the baby

I answered you before. Grandmothers can't keeps kids away from mothers, regardless of the mother's age, and 16-year-olds can't run away, even if they have a baby.
