If a 16 year old has a baby and she moves out from with her mom because they have problems is her mom able 2 keep the baby away from her daughter and she doesnt have legal custody of the baby and the daughter never signed over any rights to any

Two things to know:

The 16-year-old cannot move out of the mother's house without the mother's permission.

The 16-year-old's mother cannot keep the baby from the baby's mother.
