Can a 15 year old child be forced to visit with the non primary custodial parent if he/she does not wish to?

Depends on the reason. Is the child being abused, etc. Or because the child has something else he/she wants to do. Talk with your child and see if you can arrange a different time for visitation. Then is you go to court because he/she does not go, then you can defend yourself stating I offered for a different time because my child has so and so to do.
