Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My 16 year old daughter is the mother of my 11mo. old grandson, This past week end she assaulted me and was arrested. Her son was left in my care and I need to get either temporary custody or full custody due to his special needs. She has made it very clear that she does not want her son in my care, but there is no other family here to care for him. I can not have her in my home due to the threats she imposses on the life of my other daughter and myself. What am I to do? Where and How do I go about doing it?
