Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My 8 year old daughters mother just sent me a text message telling me either I leave my wife or she is filling sexual molestation charges against my 12 year old because my daughter told her he has been touching her, but if I leave them then nothing more will happen. If I dont, she is filing charges against him and 4 contempt charges against me.

If your twelve year stepson is molesting your daughter you should be man enough to go with your daughter and have her checked out a file charges against him yourself. She is an eight year old child and you and your ex wife should protect her.
