Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
37 year old finds out father not really his father
After my husband--name removed--mother died this year he found some information indicating that his ''father'' may not be his real father. Questioning a friend of the family he was told that another man is actually his father (he died in 1984). Recent DNA tests prove that his ''father'' is in fact not is biological father. This other man probably had a sizable estate. Is there any possible way that my husband could be entitled to any of the estate?

If he can prove who the man was and if he can prove he was the son of this man he would be entitled to share in the man's estate.
