Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Can a 18 year old in Florida baker act his mother?

Since my dad cheated on my mom and stills cheats on her my mom went nuts with being labeled mentally unstable. So she hits me I have 8 mental disabilities and I told her i have no job no car nowhere to live so im not going anywhere but i told her if she kicks me out i will call the cops and baker act her. She kicked my dad out and he co-owns the house and he is elderly of 66 years old and she slapped him which is a third degree felony. And she beats me im a disabled adult which is a third degree felony. She messes with my pet turtle by throwing him thats a felony. Can she be arrested and baker acted.

Need more info. Are you mentally disabled or just physically disabled? As mental disability, not sure if what you say is not become of your disability. However on the other hand, you need to seek shelter elsewhere. I suggest you move in with your dad and then get a lawyer to help you.
