Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hi i am a 14year old girl and is currently 3 months pregnant. my dad thinks that he can put my child up for addaption because it is bi-racial. Me, my mother, and my boyfriend(who is the father) have all said so. So im wondering can he do that?

Not if you do not agree. In an adoption the birth mother has to give her consent and no one can force her to do that, even if she is under the age of eighteen.
