Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have an 18 year old granddaughter that i"m wanting to put out of my house. I got custody of her when she was five years old. She is constantly telling me for the past three years that because i"m not her parent she doesn"t have to listen to me.I live in Florida what are my rights regarding this. She has one more to graduate from high school.

If she is 18 then she is emancipated to file legal papers to kick her out.

serve with an ejectment. She is not paying rent and you can have here legally removed from the home as she is now an adult
