what happens to an 18 year old guy who got his 16 year old girlfriend pregnant?

That's not illegal. In Florida, the statutory rape law requires that the younger person be under 16. (Though there is an exception that says the younger person must be at least 18 if the older person is over 23. Obviously the exception doesn't apply here.)
