Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am a 14 year old living in Colorado with my Mom. I am very lonely here and wish to live with my Dad in Florida. My parents have been divorced for many years. What rights do I have to decide as to where I want to live. I prefer Florida because my entire family is there and I wont be alone. My e mail address is [email protected]

Have you discussed this issue with your mom? What is her take on it? What is your dad's take? If they can agree to modify the timesharing arrangement then you may be able to get this done peacefully.
