Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am a 24 year man and have nit been married but have a child with someone we went to court child support was set of which i pay and agreed on visitation she has since denied me any visitation i have not been in any trouble i am unemployed at the time but have manage to pay her childsupport i live in florida and cannot afford an attorney, how do i get visitation or would really like shared custody ,what do i have to do to get shared custody .and without an attorney i need to represent myself how do i plea my case to court she will have no money for an attorney either ,she might get legal aid not sure on that.thank you,

If you agreed on visitation and it is in an Order by the court - then you can file a contempt/enforcement motion and have her appear at a hearing and explain why you are not being given visitation. ON the other hand, if this was just an agreement outside of court, you will need to file a Petition for Visitation, Child Support and Custody. I should advise you, you need to get an attorney - when children are involved it becomes a much more complicated matter and there are no do overs.
