Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm a 19 year old mother in need of advice. I have a one year old and his father and I recently split up. He wants joint custody, which is fine...but he is kicking me out of the house and I have nowhere to go. I recently lost my job, but I'm starting a new one within the week. He kept my drivers license from me for going on two years so I still have my permit so unfortunately I'm trapped in that aspect. My family in NY and FL have offered to help, but he said that if I leave within twenty miles that he will take me to court and prosecute me for obstructing his parental rights. I'm stuck in between a rock and a hard place. I dont know what to do. I'm in the state of NH. What are my rights?
