My 4 year olds mom is incarcerated and the grandmother will not let me have my child what can i do

If there is a court order in place

1, Take the order to the local police and request assistance in getting the child.

2. If police refuse File an Emergency Motion with the court for surrender of the child,

3. If no court order in place file paternity suit immediately.

You have to get a court order for return of custody to you. Hire a lawyer to do that.
