Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a 5 year old son, my name is on the birth certificate, and recently his mother has decided not to let me see him anymore. I would like to file for guaranteed visitation but don’t know the process for Florida. Please help.

File a Petition for visitation in Family Court.Once served on her, the Court will set a hearing.
