Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my 5-year old son is in Kindergarten and I pick him up from an after-school daycare which is located in the school grounds. The school called me up to tell me that a woman is on the phone claiming that my son is in her house because he couldn't find his way home. My son got out of school because he was placed in a "walkers line" instead of bringing him to afterschool care. And nobody noticed him get out of school. Nobody in school knew he was missing if not for the call they got. The lady that called me did not even know he was supposed to be in afterschool care until I told her. He was not harmed, only very frightened and he had been roaming the streets for over an hour before the lady found him. Is the school liable for neglect?

Since no physical harm was done, no, you can't sue, but it definitely sounds like time to find a new kindergarten.
