Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a 17 year old son in Plant City, Florida. I would like him to spend the summer with his older brother (35) in Cleveland, Ohio this summer. What do I need to do to get him a court order legal guardianship for the summer?

You do not need a guardianship for him to make such a short trip.
